Dear Heather you will be greatly missed, you were loved by all who knew you, your children and grandchildren and great grandchild. I enjoyed our long chats on the phone, your were an inspiration to everyone who knew you, you fought your battles bravely and never lost your humour. You used to say humour and fun was your coping mechanism. RIP

I thank you for bringing up my children at Magda Karwarth child care centre . You were so kind and caring and saw the potential in all children and parents! This is where I met your girls and watched them grow up and become mums. What a mentor for them to have and how blessed are your grandchildren to have you in their lives. You were a lady and a friend. My last memory of you was at Mirboo North dancing at the pub on a Sunday at one of your friends parties. I will hold that memory always. I will miss you Heather.

I have fond memories of Heather with the Guides and later working with my Mum in the Child Care. She always stopped for a chat or waved when she went pass in the car as I lived near her in later years. Rest in Peace Heather. You fought long and hard. Reunited with your Kevin and now can push Fiona de Vent around in the Pram again. Give Fiona a hug for us
