So sad to hear of Bruce’s passing. I was blessed to spend time with him during my time on the Traralgon Chamber of Commerce & Industry committee when Bruce was the editor of the LV Express. He was a very patient and kind man who always had time for a chat. Condolences to all his family.

Bruce was not just a friend but an ICON and a person who strived and did make a difference for so many.
I feel privileged to have known Bruce and witness his dedication and tireless efforts which will be long remembered.
I extend my heartfelt sympathy to Chris and the family as he will be sadly missed.

We were fortunate to have Bruce & Chris as next door neighbours when they first set up in the region over 30 years ago. Bruce was always a great neighbour who gave his time, his friendship, his support, his humour and his drambuie. A long time supporter of Advance Morwell and the former Morwell Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bruce’s commitment to Morwell, the Latrobe Valley and Gippsland was unwavering. His tireless efforts have left an indelible mark on our community and the regional newspaper industry. We will miss his quiet guidance, and extend our sincere condolences to his family & friends.

I gained so much from my time working for Bruce at the Express. The kindness he showed everyone he crossed paths with was such an amazing thing to be present for.
