Born 10/4/1952. Passed away at home in Morwell 6th March 2025.

2nd youngest of 8 children to Fred and Margaret Jean Winters.

Survived by sister Helen, and brothers Eugene and Henry.

Father to Jamie, Shane and Jeanne.

Father in law to Kirralee, Sarah, and Luke.

Grandfather to Sam, Hayden, Scarlett, Logan, Isabelle and Zoey.

A friend to many and Mayor of Mount Panorama.

Forever be remembered.

The Funeral Service and Committal for Cremation for Mr. Colin Edward Winters will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 437A Princes Drive, Morwell on FRIDAY (March 21, 2025) commencing at 11.00 am.
