Passed away peacefully at Latrobe Regional Hospital Traralgon on July 20th, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.
Aged 75 years
Dearly loved son of the late Emmanuel and Ersilia Flores.
Much loved brother of Connie, Dominic (Dec), Anthony (Dec) and Doris. Adored uncle to many, especially Tanya and Jaxon.
To know him was to love him.

Joe and I grew up together in Bormla Malta only 6 months Joe was 6 months older than I.Joe and I played together as kids and The Flores family came to Australia and we came when I was 14 years and connected with Joe and his family and Joe and I always kept contact by phone and on many many occasions I visited the family in 48 Kent St and visited Joe and Dominic and Anthony.
I will miss talking to Joe he was a gentleman and a true friend he was very kind and every time I visited him always let me stay at his home.
