Margaret passed away peacefully at Mitchell House on Sunday morning 13/3/22 aged 73 with family by her side after a courageous effort to remain with her family as long as possible.
Loving wife of her true love Stan, Best Mum in the world to Mike, Barb and Kath, loving mother in law to Dan & Dame, adored Grandma to Ryan and Matt, and Nana to Nathan, Rivan, Quin and Ruby, very loved sister to Lyn, loved sister in law to Carole & Errol, loved Aunty to Julian and loved and respected Step Mum to Sharyn, and special Great Grandma to Matey and Raf.
We gave you permission to stop fighting, we wanted peace for you. We all love you like no other, a remarkable person in all of our lives and we all lost a part of our hearts the day you left us.
We will forever talk of you with love; we will laugh about the memories and fun times. We will remember your strength and determination to have the best life and it is without doubt that we will always hold close how much you loved us, your family. We loved you back just as much.

LynIt is many years since I last saw Margaret, and have been pleased to hear about Margaret through contacts with Lyn.
My earliest memory of Margaret would be at her Christening which I think was a joint Christening with her sister Lyn at Parkdale, probably in 1948 or 1949.
We enjoyed family gatherings with our CROUCHER relatives, especially at Christmas.
There were also our family visits to Parkdale and Margaret’s CAUGHEY family visits, especially to our beach house at Rye in the 1950s.
I extend sincere condolences to all of Margaret’s family at this very sad time.
