Cath was a much loved member of our club, a life member, a truly formidable bowler and tireless worker. Her sponges and lemon meringue pies were fiercely fought over . You were one of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever encountered in my life. The love, care, and support you provided to everyone around you were truly remarkable. Your ability to light up faces in a room and to connect with people, even over the phone from million miles away, was a special gift you only possessed.

I am truly forever grateful for all the love and support you gave your granddaughter Lee and your great-granddaughter Zoey. You have profoundly shaped their lives and helped them both grow into strong, confident women who embody the qualities you exemplified in your life.

The love and respect you showed me as someone outside the family were genuinely inspiring. When you called me on my birthday throughout the years, it was a humble expression of kindness that touched my heart forever. I strive to live up to that kindness towards others, just as you did.

Thank you for being yourself and for touching our hearts and souls in a way that has forever changed how we live our lives.

I was saddened to hear of Cathy’s’ passing. She was a friend to ever-committed to her Yinnar community and had the sharpest wit with the most genuine smile. Her skills in the kitchen were second to none. Thinking of all family members; keep your spirits high and memories tight.

Judy, Janice, Graeme and families, so sorry to hear that Aunty Cath has passed, our condolences to you all. So many memories from Main Street Yinnar. We were quite a little community our strip of homes. Aunty Cath was probably the last one to leave. Michael has fond memories of playing bingo at the Yinnar pub with her and my mum.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sorry we cannot make it tomorrow.
