  38. Dear Chris, Nathan, Meagan and Families.

I would like to pay tribute to a man I met some 40 years ago in George Street Morwell. That man was Mr Len Scurrah. A true gentleman.
When my late wife Kerry passed away, I had a little problem. I went and saw Len, his words were “Leave it with me”. The next day I had a phone call from Len, he told me the problem was fixed. I will and always will be ever so thankful for his kind generosity.
My times with Len were always good times.
Last time we met was after Melbourne defeated Geelong. Len was a very happy man.
Deepest sympathy to Chris and all the family at this very sad time.
    Rest in Peace Len Scurrah
