BENNETT – Kerry Lee-Anne (née Witham)
Passed away peacefully at the Dandenong Hospital on 11th September 2020 surrounded by her loving family.
Aged 64 years
Dearly loved mother of Carol (Dec), Peter, Rebecca, Aimee and Scott.
Much loved sister of Tracy, Dallas, Donna, and Damian.
Daughter of Ivan and Glenys.
A very supportive mother who will be sadly missed.
Funeral NoticeKerry, I’m so sad we never met in person. From all you tagged me in on Facebook, making me look like a raging alcoholic, to the really thoughtful gifts of elephants, which I’m still not sure who told you I love them, or why, but I love them now more than ever. For all of this I am truly grateful. I’m also glad you are now at peace, back with your daughter. I will look after Aimee for now, although she’s a strong, individual, amazing person on her own, I’ll still keep an eye on her and be there for her.

Her love for her children never wavered.
she would be there waving the flag for all of them, she was so proud of them all and her grandsons all were precious to her. Kerry’s love was spread around to all those who knew her. We are honoured to have been asked to be Aimee’s god parents. Kerry made me welcome into her family. I’ll miss the Facebook catch-ups we had. Sending all our love to Peter, Rebecca , Aimee & Scott. Jeff & Karen. xxxxWe are saddened at the sudden death of Kerry.

Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high
There’s a land that I heard of once in a lullaby,
Oh, somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue
Clouds high over the rainbow, makes all your dreams come true.
Together again with Carol. We are saddened by the passing of Kerry. Kerry had love for everyone she met. She adored her children & grand children. We have been given the honour of being god parents to Aimee. Kerry welcomed me into her family. I’m going to miss our Facebook chats.

September 21, 2020On Friday 11th September, I lost my greatest supporter and the person who loved me the most.
My mum Kerry Bennett passed away peacefully in her sleep after a long illness.I’m so proud to be her daughter and so grateful to have had her as my Mum.
She always supported me in everything I did.
She took me to my first dance class when I was 4, she came to every concert, competition and event.
She supported and encouraged my love for dance and look forward to seeing me perform. These last 5 months we have had the chance to spend every day together, and while we sometimes disagreed, I knew she loved me unconditionally and I loved and still love her the same.
I’m gonna miss her everyday and always.
I love you Mum ❤️
