Well Victor we go back a long way, from the old grudge matches between Yallourn North vrs Newborough, working together at the SEC and just enjoying life around each other with our younger brother Ross B. we forged great memories in our lives we will never forget. This was despite the love of your life Pam not taking a particular liking to footballers from YN as was so often heard when we were pitted against each other in our footy days and Pam was very vocal, we laughed and thought it was great fun.
I will forever have you in my memories Victor as a Loving Husband and Father, an Absolute Gentleman, a True and Loyal Friend and a Scallywag with Great Witt. Will miss you mate. RIP

Victor, kind, generous, loving, caring, funny, thoughtful, respectful, admired, loyal- just some words that pop straight to mind when I think of you. When we visited with you, you always asked how we were all doing with no concern for yourself. Always interested in what the grand kids were up to and asking questions about future endeavours, what their plans were when they grew up and then finishing our visits with “thank you for visiting me, love you” There will be a big empty space in the Berquez/Skinner lives and I’m sure you will never be far from our thoughts and minds. We all have one life and I’m really sad that you were dealt the hand you were, you didn’t deserve it but with true grace you dealt with it….rest peacefully now Victor (Grandad)

My memories are of him pushing me & Victor jnr on the swings as kids to pouring me beers in the pub & then it became my turn to pour you beers. I’m going to miss not being able to give you any more back scratches. I’m going to miss those random text messages and phone calls and the music videos you’d often email through to me.
