Passed away peacefully at Hazelwood House Churchill on Sunday 19 August 2018 aged 84 years. Loving wife of Tadeusz (dec). Loving mother to Ted, John, Anna, Tony and Stan. Cherished Nana of Matthew, Jacinta, Henry and George.

Always treasured and remembered.

As per Teresa’s wishes a private service will be held.

In honor of Teresa’s memory family would ask donations to be made to Catholic Mission, envelopes will be available at your local Catholic church.
