Passed away peacefully at Latrobe Regional Hospital, surrounded by loving family, on Monday 31 July 2023. Aged 73 years.

Loved and loving wife of Earl.

Champion mother of Steven and Leanne & Brad, Blake and Caleb.

Beloved daughter of Bert & Kate (both dec.)

Cherished sister of Marilyn and Stephen.

Dearly loved aunty of Ellie, Susie, Angela and Marlo and their families.

Until we meet again.

The Funeral Service and Committal for Cremation for Mrs Shirley Anne Bridges will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Highway, Traralgon on WEDNESDAY (August 09, 2023) commencing at 1.30pm.

In Lieu of flowers donations to Breast Cancer Network Australia are appreciated.

  10. Shirley was gem to all of those who new her. In the PMG Shirley excelled as a telephonist at Korumburra telephone Exchange and with her comrades in Barbara, Gwen, Marla, Minnie they took on the challenge at the last manual assistance exchange at Morwell. Shirley’s engaging charisma held court at all of our celebrations. The guiding movement would have to be indebted for her contribution across Gippsland.
