Born on April 6, 1931. Passed away October 2, 2018.

 

It’s our sad duty to announce the passing of Ivy Ellen Crookes on 2nd October 2018. Formerly of Yallourn Heights and more recently Narracan Gardens.

At 87 years of age, Ivy finally and peacefully walked through a special door into a place of peace with family by her side.

Her sons, daughter in laws, grandchildren and their families, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, sister, brother and families, together with special friends grieve her loss dearly. Equally we all take comfort that she is no longer suffering.

As you reflect on your relationship with Ivy, we ask to remember her with a smile and a life well lived.
