Passed peacefully at Maryvale Private Hospital on Wednesday 16 August 2023. Aged 81 years.

Loved and loving husband of Barbara.

Adored father and father-in-law of Jeannette & Daniel, Nardia & Shane and Angela & Glenn.

Cherished Pa “Grumpy” to Hannah & Mia and Emma, Aimee, Olivia, Amber & Dacian, and Mason & Samuel.

Great grandfather to Archer and Bentlee.

Brother to Norm.

You worked so hard for those you loved,

You always did your best,

You fought until you could no more,

and now you are at rest,

Sadly missed.

A funeral service and committal for cremation for Mr Maxwell "Max" James Douglas will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Highway, Traralgon on FRIDAY (August 25, 2023) commencing at 11.00 am.
