HEINEMANN, Maria Petronella “Rita” (née Hoogenboom)

Born on May 12, 1938. Passed away April 3, 2024.

After a short illness and surrounded by family our adored Mum quietly and gently slipped away to be reunited with our darling Dad and all the family members who have gone before her.  She is the much-loved wife of Ted (dec) and daughter to Marinus and Martina Hoogenboom (both dec), sister and sister-in-law to Thea and Wim, Jane and Peter (both dec), Joanne and Rinus, Tina and Leo, Rinus and Sue (dec), Connie and Adrian, Graada and Bob (dec), Gerard (dec) and Norma, Stienie and Keith (dec), Lucia and Michael and Theresia and Tom. Loved Aunt and Great Aunt to many. Daughter-in-law To Frank and Theresia Heinemann (both dec) and sister-in-law to Mies (dec) and Hans.

 

Dear Mum and Oma, now resting peacefully in the “pretty place” with Opa. Miss you both.  Love Frank and Pat and families.

 

Much Loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Theresia and Dave, and adored Oma of Rick and Hollie and Tam and Rob.

Beloved Omi of Olivia and Evie and treasured “Oma with the stick” of Florence and Finn.

Dearest Oma to Jayden, Chelsea and Kyren.

Mum, I thought I was prepared and would be able to let you go but this is so much harder than I imagined.  Love always.

 

Much loved Ma and Mother-in-law of Anthony and Carmela.  Adored Oma of Isabella.  We thought we would have more time with you but treasured every moment with you that we had.

 

Dearest Mum of Sean and much-loved Oma of Ebony.  Gone from this earth but always in our hearts.  The legacy that you and Dad created will live on forever in your children and grandchildren.

 

Loving Mother of Rob and fond Mother-in-law of Sonja.  Much loved Oma of Tristan and Lucas.  Forever in our hearts.

Funeral Notice
St. Vincents Catholic Church Hunt Street, MorwellView Map
Requiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Mrs. Maria Petronella (Rita) Heinemann will be offered at St. Vincents Catholic Church, Hunt Street Morwell on FRIDAY (April 12, 2024) at 2.00 pm.

At the conclusion of Mass, the Funeral will leave for the Traralgon Cemetery, Gippsland Memorial Park.

Rosary will be recited in the above church on Thursday evening, (April 11, 2024) at 7.00pm.

The Mass for Rita will also be Livestreamed.
