  14. I was shattered when I heard the news of David’s passing. He was a much loved and valued member and friend of the Warragul Dog Club and I know he was looking forward to running his own classes. He had so much knowledge and passion to share on dog behaviour and training and was so committed to helping others with their dog challenges. I really enjoyed our deep conversations on all things dogs, and admired the love and joy he shared with Jesse and Tyra. He always made them feel like they were winners, no matter what. Condolences to Janee & Daniel.

  21. I was shocked and saddened to hear of David’s sudden passing.

During our time at Yallourn, although we didn’t work together, we would cross paths regularly and he always had time to have a chat. And after his Yallourn days it was inevitable that we would bump into each other traveling to and fro on the train to town.

    A kind and considerate person.

To Jane, Daniel and families our sincere condolences.

  37. David, you were a consummate and careful professional. You aways looked to advocate changes that were beneficial to the wider Victorian and Australian energy community, and resist those that were of narrow or vested interest.

You applied careful and insightful analysis, and were an important part of a coterie of analysts and policy professionals that drove massive benefits to our economy.

I admired your capability and calm stability, and many of us will miss you.

My condolences to your family and local community,

    Regards

    Andrew
