Passed away Peacefully at Latrobe Regional Hospital Traralgon on March 20th 2024.

Aged 73 years.

Dearly loved husband of Lorraine for 53 years.

Much love father and father in law of Jamie and Amanda, Jodie and Nathan

Adored grandad to Jackson, Torri, Matilda, Mae, Ellie, Bryce, Kate, Kelly, Erika, and great grandad to Rhyleigh.

Goodbye my best friend. I count the 58 years we spent together not in years alone but by the special memories and the beautiful family we have grown. So many good times and the travels we have shared will stay in my heart forever. Your loving wife Lorraine.

RIP Dad. Words can’t explain how I’m feeling in my heart. You taught me so much in life. How to fish, how to stand up for what I believe in, how to work hard and support my family, how to drink beer and enjoy the good times. I’ll miss the banter we shared in the shed and your stories. Hooroo Dad. Always in our hearts, Jamie, Amanda, Bryce, Jackson, Kate, Kelly, Torri and Erika.

Dad/Grandad, you are one of a kind, a little rough around the edges, sometimes grumpy but always caring, loving and quick with a joke. You have given us an endless supply of memories that will always bring a smile to our face and warm our hearts. With a heart full of love for you we say goodbye. Rest peacefully now, Jodie, Nathan, Matilda, Mae and Ellie.

Sharing the same birth date with Leigh was always special to me sharing parties for the big bash numbers.. I will miss Leigh, but he will always be in the corner of my heart reserved for my most favourite cousins. We made many memories during the 50-plus years that Leigh was a part of, and will always be, of our small POWELL Clan.
Lorraine, we have always been more like sisters than Cousins so now I am sending you some sisterly love, hugs and kisses.
