Passed away peacefully at Latrobe Regional Hospital, Traralgon on Saturday, 27 August 2022.
Loved husband of Vaso.
Father of George, Raina, and Nick
Grandchildren Joyce & George, Vicky, Thanassi, Antony
Great Grandchildren Gabriel, Elijah, Isabella.

With tears we watched you suffer,
and watched you fade away,
with courage and concern for others,
you fought so hard to stay,
but God saw that you were weary,
and did what He thought best,
He gently took you in His arms,
and whispered come and rest,
– we all love you Dad, Pappou.

Funeral Notice
Greek Orthodox Chruch Elgin Street, MorwellView Map
The Funeral Service for Mr Arthur Katiforis will be held at the Greek Orthodox Church, Elgin Street, Morwell on THURSDAY (September 1, 2022) commencing at 2.00pm.

Following the service the funeral will leave for the Traralgon Cemetery, Gippsland Memorial Park.

Sending big hugs and love to the Katiforis family, thank you for letting us skips join two Greek Easter celebrations with your beautiful family, we felt very special and honoured to be included, i can still see the look on Arthurs face and hear him laugh when we arrived with the Windex and Bunt cake in hand they are special memories that we will treasure.
    I am so glad that we had a chat on Thursday and had a good old laugh together.
