LADE – Annette Elizabeth (née Thompson)
Passed away peacefully at LRH on the 24th of November 2018 aged 71.
Loved and loving wife of Trevor.
Loved mother of Ashley (Dec).
God has you in his keeping we have you in our hearts.
Mrs. Annette Lade will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Gray St Traralgon on Tuesday (4th December 2018) commencing at 1.30pm.
At the family’s request, please bring a flower if you wish, to give to Annette as she leaves the church service
The Staff of Traralgon Doctors, (formerly Parkview Clinic) are deeply saddened by the death of Annette Lade who worked with us for over 34 years. Our thoughts are with Trevor, their families and all who mourn her passing.
