  11. Gran, I had the privilege of living close by you as I grew up and shared many happy memories with you as part of my day to day life as a child and teenager. You have continued to be a listening ear, and offer words of encouragement or wisdom to me as I journeyed into adulthood and had children of my own. I appreciated your openness to talk about your faith as a living act, you grappled with the challenges our world brings and how faith lives amongst it, even when it feels like life makes no sense. Your resilience, your passion and your kindness will continue to inspire me. Thank you for your ongoing love and support. I will hold you in my memories always until we meet again.

  12. Gran, you are now at peace and reunited with your soulmate. I will always be grateful for the love and kindness you showed us girls our whole lives. It was very special to have my Gran at netball games, directing church plays, at eisteddfods and school excursions. Many sleepovers with cheese on bread in the microwave and a warm milo in front of the heater. You always had time for us and even drove to Rosedale one night in the rain to rescue me! I love you dearly, thank you for putting on a brave face for all our visits in recent years, but thank you for showing your vulnerability in recent months. I have loved hearing your stories, even if it was the third or fourth time. The kids will miss Granny but they understand in their heart of hearts that it was time. Until we meeting again. Love granddaughter #4 and family.
