My dear friend Elaine, when I spoke to you four days before you left so suddenly, you told me that you wanted to go and see Harry Potter the Musical, so I said we can make that happen even if it meant wheeling you in a wheelchair. I wasn’t allowed to visit you which made me so sad and when I got the call from Bruce on Wednesday morning, it wasn’t to tell me that you were coming home, instead he let me know that you had passed away at 11 pm the night before. I’ll miss our fun trips to Melbourne and our lunches at Pellegrini’s….. and our ten games of Words with Friends have just timed out due to inactivity by you. Maybe they’ll have that game in heaven my friend., I hope so. Thank you for leaving me with wonderful memories which I’ll treasure forever. Farewell my dear friend ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Anna

she was a kind caring woman and wonderful nurse ( Eye Queen )
Feel very fortunate to have worked many shift’s in CSSD when she was on,
Her polite , calm manner made those day’s run way more smoothly .
There was always a minute or 2 to catch up new’s of her much love son Stephen and Bruce .
My deepest sympathy to you both and the extended family and friend’s.
May she rest in eternal peace
JulieI am one of Elaine’s many cousins and while we did not maintain any significant contact since childhood, I always remember Elaine as one of the nice, caring people of the world. And we are the poorer for her passing. Condolences to her family from mine.
