Born on April 15, 1930. Passed away August 8, 2020.

Passed away peacefully after a short illness at home (LV Village, Moe).

Dearly loved wife of Eric (dec). Loved mother of Bruce (dec), Helen, Lynda and Ruth.

Mother-in-law of Bruce, Ann, and Lindsay. Grandma of Philip, Michael, Andrew, David, Erica, Monica, Hayley, and Robyn, and many cherished great grandchildren.

We are all so sad to lose you Mum, but you have lived a life well, packing a punch on your good days, and now, in no further pain.

Due to COVID19 restrictions the Memorial Service for Mrs Mary Povall will be a private service by invitation only. A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mary Povall will be livestreamed from Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, Moe on WEDNESDAY (December 2, 2020) commencing at 10.30am.

  4. Dear Helen, your mum was the loveliest of ladies but even more so, I have the fondest memories of your beautiful mum as being the best teacher who taught me needlecraft, typing and shorthand. That was a very long time ago but she has always been a very loving memory as I’m sure you will always have the most fondest and loving memories of your beautiful mum, nan, great grandma and friend.   7. Betty and I shared an office at Yallourn Technical College for a few years. I remember her for her great sense of humour and the time that she would explain to students what was needed to become a better writer.
