  7. I am deeply sorry to hear the news my dear Zia Anna had passed away peacefully. My love and thoughts are with the whole family during this difficult time. Please accept my deepest condolences. I loved and adored Zia Anna ever since I was a kid living not far from her.

Zia Anna showed and taught me many things in life, and especially how to toughen up with all the life challenges. You’re always in my thoughts and prayers Zia, and I will never forget the day ever when you raced me to the Yallourn Hospital with my mum in your Vanguard.

I also wish to pass onto all my cousins, especially my aunts & uncle, peace and comfort.

Love to you all & miss you.

  10. Our beautiful Nonna,
Finally, you have been reunited with your son Max, our beloved Father. I wish I could have seen your face when he met you at the gates of heaven, with his arms wide open to give you the biggest, longest hug, you have waited 40 years for.
We have been exceedingly blessed to have had the most amazing, incredible, strong, resilient woman in our life, to admire and look up too and call our Nonna.
We will miss the warmth of your hugs, the words of wisdom you gave, your amazing cooking and the way your smile would light up a room when you entered.
I will always treasure the bond you and I had, you were the closest connection we had to our father, and I know he would have been very grateful of how you looked over me and my sisters (including our families) after he passed away tragically.
    Forever treasured & loved always,
    Your granddaughters & their families
