  2. My dearest friend and treasured mate. When you moved to Traralgon and started at the Tech with us over 35 years ago your jovial manner and laughter led to us calling you Chum, a nick name that would stick and be adopted by us all and our parents… and in later years our kids.
You have had a positive and lasting impact on the lifes of us all. To my daughters you were like an uncle and as they grew up you became a great friend. To me, you were the one I could always turn to for advice, help, support or even a kick in the rear. No matter what life threw us, our lengthy conversations always ended in laughter.
You were wise and knowledgeable on almost any topic we chose to discuss.
My life will never be the same without you in it, but i feel truly lucky to have known you and been a part of your life.
Rest up and relax now my friend
You will never be forgotten, as I will see your smile when the sun shimmers on the water and hear your laughter echo in the trees.

    Gristy and family.

Heaven has gained a gentleman.i will always remember your beautiful smile. Rest in peace Chum.

  4. To a Great Mate,
You were such a great friend who was always there to listen and support me. You had the biggest heart, and I will miss you dearly. We had some great times, whether it be at the footy following our beloved Pies, or a 4×4 trip in Coongulla. So many stories, so many laughs, so many good times. RIP dear friend.

  5. Rest in piece buddy, after working with you as well as becoming good mates I know both Claire and I will miss our conversations, partying and general hooliganism. We always laughed and talked about any subject known to man and it will be this we will miss on hearing this news. Us boys will always say cheers to you mate.

We had so many fun times as kids and it was lovely catching up a few years back and sharing stories. I’m so sad I never made it down to Victoria to catch up but you will always have a place in my heart. Rest in paradise Brett 🙏🏽
