Loving son of Tom and Kathleen Stratton (both dec).

Loving father to Jane, Jason and Chris.

Poppy Des to Liam, Riley, Spencer and Jemma.

Married to Margaret for 32 years.

Loved brother of John (dec), Joan, Dal and Brian, Pat and Carol.

Special thank you to all the staff at the Macalister Ward at LRH.

Your care for Des will never be forgotten.

Thank you to Dr Shahzad for your special attention to Des and your kindness with his care.

The Funeral Service and Committal for Cremation of Mr Desmond Stratton will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Highway, Traralgon on Friday, July 14, 2023, commencing at 10.30am.

    We Both entered the world in 1944 Myself on January 1st and Des on January 14th and were both part of 50,s Stockdale Rd PS culture of that period.

I have many, many years of fond memories of Des, both professional and personal. He was certainly larger than life and will be greatly missed.
